All workshops are devised and directed by Emma Davies and include puppets, shadow puppets and masks by John Barber. The workshops will begin with a short performance by the Sitara Team; the students will then workshop the theme, text or skill; the workshop will end with an opportunity for all students to perform.

PSHE / Citizenship / Character Education Workshops

These workshops will use a short performance, often an adaptation of a well known children's book or story, to kickstart discussion on issues relevant to your students – eg. Working together, being green, anti-bullying, road safety, healthy eating etc. Your students will then use drama or puppetry to further explore the issues, thinking about solutions. These workshops will include a Teacher’s Kit with ideas for Assemblies, a Whole School Approach and further classroom activities.
